GrowNext provides digital workspace services for freelancers and businesses through subscription-based plans. All payments made for subscriptions, upgrades, or add-ons are non-refundable once the service has been activated. We encourage users to review available features during the free trial or demo period before purchasing a plan.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where users are unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our end, and only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Any request for refund must be submitted to mail@grownext.app with relevant account details and proof of issue for evaluation.
